The penalties given to the first few that
have been listed there are not the acutal penalties and only a warning.
From now on it will be a stead fast rule to follow the Rules of conduct
so as to allow every one to enjoy playing A3 in a fair manner.
Any Appeals to about the penalties can be placed through
[email protected]
Posting an offensive post in the forums making false allegations
will only invite other penalties.
Those of you who have claimed GM's to have been partial to some
players, Please furnish the basis on which you have made this
comment.

sad GM list all the hackers who teached me how to hack. why anit took these actions in the begining. what about these chars Cheetor, Saberclaw,dreadreck they uses the map hack before memap hacking is not our mistake u programs have that much bugs, indian A3 client only supports the map hack. just make u things correct and take the steps.

In case you havent read the Rules of Conduct properly.
Let me quote ROC 17 for you.
beta test is to find these bugs and fix them.
There are two options.
1.You can play without exploiting the bugs so that the game still remains
clean in-view of game-economy. This way you can continue playing with
your characters after open beta testing.
2. You can exploit the bugs and errors in the game when it is still in
testing. We will have to go in for a character reset before lauching
commercial which most of you would not prefer.
So i think the best agreed solution is to follow ROC.17 and keep the
game clean.
The A3 team is grateful to the players who have honestly
reported bugs to us without exploiting them.

a kind request to the gms,
since the you have taken such a stance it would be advisable to tell the players and give them a warning instead of giving reducing expereince by 20%. when a sudden change of rules is made and players are not informed isnt unfair.

reconsider your Penalties.
one more dought your team tooked this much time for this action. ( after the open beta )

GmFirst i have a question for you .....why didn't u take any action after i repeatedly complained that renshin was using map hacks and so was dredreck ..... why didn't u take action n stop it rt there .... why did u wait so long? you asked for proof what can i get? did u want me to goto hartel n take a screen shot?
and what bout people like carl and warman and saber who got help from a cheater like renshin ...i think according to that rule 17 they did take advantage of the bugs all be it indirectly but it was abuse none the less.
They not only abuse bugs but they also kill low lvl players and ruin the gaming experience for everybody ... people lost faith in you guys and thought u were going to do nothing about the whole situation and decided to follow what those guys did so they can lvl up just as fast .... and now all these gets punished and the biggest cheaters of them all get away wiht it .... i can't understand why ur being so biast to certain players ...
My in game charc is Quad and if u remeber correctly i was the first 1 to come out and complain bout the whole map hacking issue .... but u made a big deal outta my Knighthood name which is called GM. It's not against the rules to use the letters 'GM' and yet u threaten to take action.... besides everybody on the server knows who i am and i don't try to take any advantage of the name.
So plz i request you to take prompt and just action against all violators and not leave out any player and if that's going to be the case then don't punish anybody. It's gotta be everybody or nobody!

I dont think map hacking is the sort of thing that should have to be explicitly spelt out as illegal. Other than the moral issues over playing fair-I guess these things were spelt out when signing up for playing the game.
These warnings seem more a reminder.....not to mention an extremely late, knee-jerk reaction by the GMs in terms of the punishment they've dished out.
Just think about it-if we had GMs and forum moderators who were a little more active and participative, such activities could have been nipped in the bud long ago. There was nobody at all-leading to total lawlessness, people abusing and spamming as they please, account hackers roaming and conning players freely without anyone to stop them, players with hacked accounts complaining and no one listening to them, ppl complaining of lag and other tech issues without response....i could go on.
But no siree...the game organizers play stone deaf all this time-and now all of a sudden-WHAM!
But guys, consider this further extremely serious risk: If this activity goes unchecked, then by the time they decide to start charging, there will be plenty of illegally lvled up people. Then they decide to pull the plug on everybody by resetting all chars. Would that be any better? All of us penalized for the acts of a few?
Though I also agree-20 delevels is sheer murder when you're already 120 or 130+, and they could have reduced that number.
