I'm sorry for that short outburst! But please refrain yourselves from bugging me everytime about the status of the server. For the last time, I am updating status:

1) Server may start by July 27, 2013. I can't give you the exact time, but will keep you updated.
2) All Episode 3 Maps will be released.
3) New quests will be updated.
4) Drop rate is already fixed. Don't ask me again about Soul Drop Rate
5) C3 and other issues (Esp. Pking low level Players, Free Pk Map etc.) will be addressed.
