At this tym i'll try ANS your Question -ON Behalf of A3 Players.

1.Ans :For A3lovers around D world, those play for fun and enjoyment. Also they pick A3 as their best MMORPG Experience, here thy can evn pay2play it aint to abush each other, but to enjoy with each other
2.Ans :There are positivity & negevity in-game. As professional thinkin it is common in most servers GMS should take actions.
3.Ans :Not at all, Make some Strickt rules, Like ban for 7days if he/she cought
(for misbehave in game & violating rules by abushing others)

4.Ans : We extremly value your time & Respact watevr hard work you do to make it work.
for players its ADDICTION, its their love towards A3 Original Server.

My own suggestion: Higher Good knowledgable GM for game, for Events & monitor.
If u need volunteer, i can help, as i been GM in few mmorpg's like Cabal,rakion,gunz.

Restart server - With Part 4 + make it PAID . im sure there are minimum 200 players would love to pay to play A3... last but nt least ''Forgive those abushers,Ignore such cunts for your A3 Fans START D SERVER.

Or just contineu as FREE server, make it more intrestin by regular events
At right time make it PAID. IF NO, THEN ITS YOUR CHOICE.

1:If you wann make server intresting, jus remove Bugs, if u cant then close C3 and release part 4.
2:Restart D server & Reset LVL of all players - jus dont remove Stuffs & storeage items.

Great, consider my suggestion no.1...
and i have been trying to support my a3 fellows, because i know there are lots of true a3 lovers for this server, im one of them. and starting server would definetly be your best Idea!..

Dont pause or stop server for few bad eggs like i said before. go by judgement and majority of all players. make some banning rules. dont make it for permanant, coz human learn from it mistakes.. so week,month ban is good idea as per my thinking. rest all upto you.
EDIT: Start server with a bang, make full 1 week event to compensate.

Event suggestion:
2x for both hunting & quest only for evening
Nevia non-war T/Q entry FREE no war only LOVE.
& on sunday TOD event. if you have D patches OR PVP reward Battle lvl based.
