Please help in resolving the issue at the best before the items in the char are sold or exchanged.
One more suggestion if the char got hacked, why cant you ban the char once you receive the ticket corresponding to the hacking issues. So that the items in the char will be prevented getting sold or exchanged.

We are doing our best. However, it is ultimately the players responsibility to take care of their stuffs.
