Character Banned for using Third Party Softwares

Hi All ,

This is the thing which i got from the A3-India official site Regarding Third Party Software which doesn't mention anything which third party we can use or which we cannot

Use of third party software:
The use of any third party soft wares for illegally benefiting the character in use is strictly prohibited. Players found to be doing so will be severely punished. Providing information to other players about the use of such applications in-game or via the forums is also prohibited.
Now i have one question in my mind , how you define a third party software .
The software which we use that are not the part of A3Client are all third party Software which may include :
1. Clicker
2. Potter
3.Sandboxie
4.Game booster
5.Speed Gear
6. Wi-fi Accelerator
7. Window accelerator
8.Frasp / or any VideoRecorder
9. Xmouse Control which enable us to bind keys to us mouse.... etc

Above all are the Third Party software , there is no point in explaining some people that sandboxie is also third party so as Game Booster like others if chars are banned on such thing than the Whole A3 should be banned as they all used Sandboxie . Now some Gawar's will be likely to sat its not bla bla stuff so before that go through some Software engineering where a third party software is defined .
My chars used some of the above softwares so it is rightfully banned but other claiming that it was illegal so are the other chars who are not yet banned , if my char is banned so their should also be banned.
There is no method for GM's to know which person used which third party software except for SpeedGear which when used makes the char Disconnected within second and an error log is filed in the SLD section of the server , an for other it can't be detected , i just wanted to know on which criteria is GM Banning the char's.. or just few idotic people who are good for nothing can't do shit in the game about trying to make us quiet or there ego is too much persistent in them that they have to use such a means to prove they are right .
If People after having lvl13 paum , extra stats , extra psp , extra exp can be released i hope if GM's are fair then the banned chars will be released without having any severe penalty .
Please share the knowledge if i am wrong in any of the points i have mentioned above and please dont deviate from the topic.

So basically this means that you are acknowledging the use of such softwares in your Character / Account? And what about the Announcements that you keep getting in the Game?

Gmstorm if u check the log almost all used sandboxie and many used bandicam in other words they must all be banned and moreover . there are loads of ppl who have used clickers and nt yet banned so it isnt fair though we dont support ur decision i guess u should have left ppl with a first warning or smthing this ban is degrading game to a big extent already many ppl quitting the server.i hope u take a best decision and soon . and regarding ban of arrowers and fradio please do check the log em damn sure they dint use any software. the pc arrowers is played from doesnt have any such software . in other words no way arrowers could have used software

aap ne unko chod diya jinhone use kiya aur use karna sikhaya. Baki jo log jinhone accept kiya unko to release hi nahin kiya. Aise karenge to jo galti karta hai wo karte hi rahega aur jo galti sudarna chahta hai wo next time galti accept hi nahin karega. Spica ne sabse pehle accept kiya tha aur sorry bhi bola tha in forums, lekin apne unko release kiya hai jinhone bug karna start kiya (kyonki wo "gamemasters ko partiality bole hai"). Ab aap kya kar rahe ho sab "T" chars ko release kar diya aur "Q" chars ko ban hi rakha. Ye partiality nahin hai to kya hai. Kya sab log "Partiality" bolenge to hi release karoge? (Agar mein galat hoon to delete this post)
