take some action against bug characters

hey gm, the bug characters are still in server as you mentioned in my last post that you will take some appropriate steps towards them. but still I found that these characters are bugging. some bug characters putting bug shop and scamming our game woonz.

so my request is to put an permanent ban on their character as well as their ip address.
