ARENA is Not Working

We are able to enter arena but can not create a room . Whenever we try to create " ??? " appears on the chat window .

Arena is now down for almost 3 weeks ..

Arena is currently being shown as running. What map are you trying to select?

It's under Maintenance. You don't have to keep reporting it again and again.

For how long will the arena be under maintenance ?
It has already been some 2 weeks + and it is still down
