Does mastery matters at Player vs. Players ??

Hello Fellas,
As u see the topic i wanna need more detail about it.
Because i have checked with 160 mage vs mage and 165 mage vs mage pvp.

1.With 160 lvl mage vs. mage pvp.
While my 160 lvl mage having ele mastery 6 but it gives same damage with non ele same grade staff , except little bit 20 to 30 damage difference.

2.With 165 lvl mage vs. mage while paum gives 1400 damage, g9 non ele staff at least reaches 1100.
This damage difference cause of paum attribute option not cause of ele mastery.


So i would like know more about this if u guys interrupt in it.
Gamemasters are also invited.

In player Vs player Mastery Matters to a great extent as long as u are 160 or below ...........after aura....the mastery does matters but the diff b/w a mastery and non mastery character can be neglected taking into consideration the passive points it takes
