A3 Support not releasing my char...!

Sir,

I mailed u first time on 1st of Dec for the activation the of my account...and i dont know why your 48 HOURS seems never ending...I have provided u with all my Chars details...Then also you have'nt released my char till date???? why?????

I have mailed u several times and every time same reply comes...Give us 48 hours to respond and i think its already been more then 2 weeks...why my Account is not Activated yet???

If my issue is resolved why am i not getting my char back??? Why I Can't login to the server???
its been 2 months...!

Team A3 saying that the mace i m having is bugged but i want to ask that there are other g9 and G10 weapons which are more then lvl 10...what about those ??

They asked me to remove it..I said fine remove it but i paid my own woonz n graces in that what about those ??? My woonz and Graces were not bugged I earned them from my hard work
..Now what is my mistake If i bought the mace??? It was Gm's Duty only that they should Ban the person who selling bugged Items...

Sir remove the mace but please Reverse the deal.. i want my dealed woonz n graces back..!
