but again i got reply to fill same details again? why?

@Gmstorm, ok, but its more then 1 n half month now.
And im still waiting, i have my sify id, and i already replyed with all required details.
1month + no reply.

it is not aura, it is low lvl char around 122 lvl.
Please get back my char, i only forget pass n alternate.
