Dear Gms
I am unable to login with my sify id pass to the a3india account panel...i tried to retrieve char but it says ur chars is already retrieved and password is sent to ur sify id...but it didn't got any..then i tried to revive it via alternate email and account id matching system but in ur account panel it says both r nt matching and i checked alternate email on my sify mail also its same...i dnt know y its nt matching with ur account panel...kindly reset my pass and mail it on my sify id...

Gms i am very disappointed with ur services.... why no 1 is bothered to solve my problem......hardly any gm come online in forums or in game and i think u made services only for showing off ur god job...but truth is u don't help people who really like this game and wants to come back in game...

NO its not hacked...when i heard that a3 server is back i had updated my profile but at that time my account wasn't activated...now i remember sify id of this account and password....
I tried forgot password option in account panel...but its nt matching my alternate email id..
Note..this account never shared with any one so no chances of hack...just forgot password and option is not working..need ur help..i can provide u any details which u want.

WTH is this....i got char back...but all stuffs in it are missing......

IT WASN'T HACKED....if i forgot password that doesn't mean gms will reset pass and destroy my all items which were present in it and after that give it back to me......kindly help me asap..

There is no use of continuing the game...all the stuffs which are in it.... i made with lotta hard work and wasted 2 years to build the char so if i wont get all back...i wont continue the game...nor any of my frnds will...because i only have standing char who can help my others frnds to make their char.....

I hope u people will understand.....waiting for ur reply.....done with sending mail and other things....

Wait for the Support to investigate the issue. They will reply to you once they have investigated about your lost stuffs.
