Account verification pending!

Hi ,
I started playin a3 india again after a while and even after recovrin my old ID i cant login to game server it says "ACCOUNT VERIFICATION PENDING BY GM"

ive send a mail to a3 support n i got ths reply

Your issue has been assigned an ID-[842764].

Please look through the problem. thank you.

I dont think thrs anybody lookin through the server and player problems in a3 these days.
GMs dont reply to ur posts nithr verify ids . This is lame.
