How Fair Is It for an Official Server

Here We are talking about an official server of A3 which is run by Sify india and Whats more important to notice is that We are paying on MONTHLY basis or even on Days basis to play this game.

I have played this game for about 3 years now. My Character is one of the Most famous characters in A3.
Whats more?.... During the last 3 years i have made many friends and enemies... and hey isnt that the Game? so just because of some one complained about me, the GMs have put me in Black List and now they are saying that they cant help me any more in anyway...

IS THIS JUSTFIED?

I Worked endless Hours and Sleepless nights for Leveling up my Character, I was the first Warrior to Make G10 axe!.

I Worked with Sify Game Promoters as Game Jockey and Promoted A3 in entire Gujarat. There was a time when Gamers Used to play A3 in only that cafe where I was playing.

My extreme dedication for this Game and Hardwork has resulted in me Being One of the Most Famous Character in A3 and entire Gaming Industry.

It has been more than 25 days that "I HAVE BEEN HACKED BY A HACKER USING KEY LOGGERS".

I Have given all the Information Needed by the GMs to give me back my Character.
but the only answer that i get from them is that " We cannot help you because your account is in the black list".

First of all this is not Case of some item being scammed.

ITS A CASE OF CYBER CRIME FOR CHRIST SAKE. I HAVE BEEN HACKED, JUST CONSIDER WHAT KIND OF AN ANSWER YOU ARE GIVING TO A LEVEL 161 AURA CHARACTER WITH FULL G10 SWORD SET.

IF THE GM WOULD BAN ME AND SAY THAT WE CANT ASSIST YOU ANY MORE THAN I UNDERSTAND THE BLACK LIST THING.... BUT THIS IS A CYBER CRIME AND THIS IS A PAID SERVER AND I AM A PAYING MEMBER OF THE A3INDIA.COM

I M REQUESTING ALL THE PLAYERS OF A3INDIA TO RAISE THE VOICE BECAUSE ANY OF YOU CAN BE HACKED AND GUESS IF THEY SAY WE CANT HELP YOU BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT IS SHARED AND BLA BLA... JUST IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO YOU.

ITS A CYBER CRIME TO HACK PEOPLE AND ITS A BIGGER CRIME TO WAVE OFF YOUR HANDS IN A CRISIS SITUATION LIKE THIS WHICH IS DONE BY THE GMs.

I HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEEDED AND YOU CANNOT SKIP YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

In case you did not know,
You CAN file a complaint at a police station(cyber crime branch) about any hacking issue. Even hacking a fkin e-mail id can also be complained. well atelast thats what the law says

someone was fined $50k and jailed for 3 months for hacking a anarchie online account so atleast there is a rule for it

as far as i heard cyber crime is not applicable in india till 2010....

nd regarding solitare he own's a Sify cafe i mean he is frm Suru nd Saroj gang... so GM's might be partial in this case....

i just want to say is y cant gms be crystal clear (y dont the trace each nd every thing) i mean we r payin for this game man!!!

instead of tracing hackers nd scammers they say we r out of it (we cant help u in this matter coz of bla bla reason ) wat does this mean....it makes a sense that these ppl r helpin Hackin nd scammin grown in game...

Cyber Crime is punishable in India lol... IPC has been amended to include clause for that, There is special cyber crime cell in police dept.
