You Cannot Connect To The Server

I tried to login into my account @ 7:00 A.M. it says 'You Cannot Conect To the Server". I reconnected my account as i wanted to restart my COmputer, but i wasn't able to login later. I m able to login into the a3 Site & Sify.com, but not ingame plzz help me.
