Retrieval of my char Mokambo(no reply from a3 support team)

it has been more than 48 hours now and i still didnt got any reply frpm a3support team after getting auto interact
my interact id is:3617622


if you cant answer
me
then please either change your support team or stop running this this server if u cant reply me

because it has been now more than 5 days
and i still dont have my char
and you replying that some one else also claimed it
and that some one else is me only because my email was having problem in sending mails

my suggestion is tht either make the server free or shutdown it if you cant handle ur problems
