character stucked yet again

Sir My Character Got Stucked yet again within a week This problem is going on From long time and Gm just say please send a mail to a3support

Character issure get fixed in 48 hours but agian get stucked while reconnecting All time is wasting in this only , Suggest me what should I do Is my a3client Corrupted?
