help needed

guyz plzz hlp me ....... i am not able to enter a3india.....after selecting the charc the loading screen which comes m stuck in that ....its not a charc probs ...... i tried login many charc but same stucked in load screen after selecting charc.......is this sm ip probs or wat...i think many of u must hav faced this probss...plz hlp me wid this.................wat shld i do ........and all configurations wch r required to run r there in my pc...............
