i cannot connect to the server

to the gms,
at 5.15 am on wednesday, the 27 th of february 2008 , when i tried to reconnect , it said " you can not connect to the server ".i am able to login to my sify mail , a3 game account & a3 forums with the same id & password . i have sent a mail to a3support . the auto interact is is : [AUTO-INTERACTID:3563628]
this is just a login issue and this is happening for the second time in 2 weeks.please check my issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Every Wednesday we do a server maintenance , so you were unable to login at the time mentioned by you. Kindly try login into the game now , if the problem persist kindly revert back.
