Gm teri jaat ka saale exp event kharab kar diya bhosdi ke get server on fast and we need compensation and also 700 rs back which we cafe mates wasted on alcohol last night,

saaala pura plan chaupat kar diya socha tha whole night khelunga, gandu saale gms its 8:30 in mornign do smthing

first i thaught its becauz of event didnt started....so all were soppose to rc before they start etiing exp
but few *censored* people like me didnt dced whole night(bossing)
but max u can reamin login to server is 12 hrs...ie even if u login @9 pm last night u should get dced by now and all should be able to login but it aint hppening....................sad

GMS What is this atleast arrange a event properly so that we can enjoY it not like this that event is going on n we cant login our char's from yesterdaY night m trying to login my char but i cant loginnnnnnn ATLEAST DO SMTHING SO THAT WE CAN LOGIN OR CHAR NOW

A3 is a relatively simple game that way. Check out ragezone.com for further info.

The reason why we're having this issue is because of a software glitch. The authentication servers are obviously not passing on the account info to the game-server. Therefore, post authorization, the game server does not know who we are, so returns a blank (empty) record.

The server running A3india would not require a 12-hour reboot at all. It's just that the SQL server needs a reload. 5 mins, give or take a few!

Ideally, for a game that runs 24/7, GM's should patrol the game 24/7! There ought to be service at all times of active gameplay and Sify is certainly not keeping up to its passive duties and responsibilities.

It's sad!! No wonder then, that it will start making huge losses for Sify in the long run. People will quit A3india and go to private or other official servers to escape the unreliability and lack of service commitment from Sify's side.

All said and done, I resent this whole affair bitterly! Way to go Sify!

My thoughts exactly. The max time required to restart the server would've been 5 minutes. I myself run a network of websites and developing websites and web hosting is my business, so I know it from past experience. Game servers are durable and management is simple as compared to what we believe them to be....

It's hard for me to believe that Sify doesn't have a 24 x 7 monitoring team for A3 India servers, since players pay for the game and thus certain liabilities are stuck to them.

What is even more surprising is that, since so long not one of the GMs has turned up with an explanation. Am not asking too much, if I pay for a game and don't get to play it, I deserve to ask what went wrong!

l0l no surprise events..

the account server resources were stacked and it got disconnected . So the login server and login agent was up . that why we could login. and then cant see characters due to account server

this simple problem can be solved by restarting the server.. But this happened at nigh.. so the Gms were sleeping.. in the morning as soon as Gm came he restarted the server.. So you were getting 'Failed to connect to the Login server' Nothing else

Hope you all get this simple .. reason .. No technical
