i have provided each and every details of my character correctly and now they are saying:

This is with reference to your mail; we would like to inform that your request is denied. The information that you have provided to check on your issue is in correct. IF you still claim that the account belongs to you then provide us the last 3 renewal pin which were used to renew the account before 12/02/2008 we will not accept any renewal pin which were used after 12/02/2008.
now is it possible for me to remember the last a3 renewal pin?
i know if my character gets hacked i need the last renewal so i remembered and told to a3support my last renewal pin number.now they are asking these sort of questions which is not possible for me to remember.please release bigsmoke as thats my one and only character i had in a3 india to play.please have some mercy and release my character.
