i cannot log into the game . . .but i can access my account

to the gms ,
i am not able to login to the server from about 1 am on 18 th february 2008 . when i try to connect , it says " you can not connect to the server " . i have sent a mail to a3 support . the auto interact id is : [AUTO-INTERACTID:3535575]
please fix this issue and get my account unstuck .

Account login issue fixed, kindly login into the game and check the same.
