Id stuck !

I am not able to log in into my char (id - EDITED)

I sent a mail to [email protected]

Then i got a reply saying that my problem has been solved.

Then i got another mail saying i had not logged in my char and requester to check

I tried but could not log in.

Plz see into this matter
