NPC RELATION WAT N HOW

well i know tat relations and favours are 2 diffent things bt can smone put sm light as of when do we get favours frm npc's

is it after we get to 32 k relation points or is ther smthing else fr getting favours

all pls giv ur opinions. and help me out

yes , need same info as eddie and i would also like to know about base favours / base town favours - what are they and how to get them ? . . .
