I am facing lag for nearly 1 week and no action taken on this regard.This is pathetic ignoring mails saying not an issue from our side

If u know how to read just see the PING file.The no of RTO's in that u think i can play correctly with that many RTO's.How come my ISP is responsible for this and if so pls explain me that so tht i can contact my ISP...And pls try and fix it at the earliest.Its been 1 week since i last was able to even move without lag...
This is faced by all Players from chennai who use AIRTEL and already all have sent u mail on this regard.BSNL is not lagging here which is teh biggest surprise
