I saw many player in game was selling this card for 500k each so i dont think the use of this card is high. any suggetions about the use of this fortune card ???-

it isnt bugged i have heard that it was used (in epi 1) for sendin shout or somethin like that !!not sure!
But am sure its of no use! my mates wasted lotttttta money on this stupid thing then they gone to each and every NPC and right clicked on it thinking that their relation would increase
