On 26th Nov. i sent a mail reagarding my case to [email protected]. It is [AUTO-INTERACTID:3277120].As i mentioned in this mail while i was hunting in the map Niffigar i got a warning that my account had expired.NOw when the 1 min. warning came i instantly reconnected wothin 5-6 seconds & saw that i was standin at the same spot in NIffigar.BUt my mercenary with which i was hunting was not out side.When i opened my mecenary window i saw that all my mercenaries were gone!At first i thought this was some error or bug os i rced 2-3 times just to confirm.But even after that i couldnt see my mercenaries.I then tped back to town and told Guidelulu about my problem and she told me to send a mail to a3support@a3india .com which i did.
Now the next day i got a reply and here i quote [email protected] ""we would like to inform that the only
chances by which the mercenaries disappearing is, they have been deleted. Apart
from this, there are no other chances for the mercenaries to disappear. Hence,
we are sorry, it is not possible for us to retrieve the merceries as you
requested for.""
After this i chatted with lulu and she accused me of deleting my mercs,,which i had clearly not done.After that she told me that it was not possible & told me to send another mail to your team.Again i did and sent another mail.This time i got the EXACT same reply i got b4 except it was from a different person.(first Mr.Shyam Sundar then Mr.Yuvraj ).I also sent the same mail back & got a reply that it has been forwarded to another team,please wait for 48 hours,which i did.
Now today which is 3 days after the incident i got a reply which is [INTERACTID:3283083].In this mail i am said "we would like to inform that it is not
possible for us to retrieve the mercenries as you requested . There is no way
to retrive mercenarys.In past there are some players who lost mercenarys for
them also we have not retrieved and not compensated.Because we cannot retrieve
mercenarys.
Sorry we cannot help you in this issues "
Now after this i tried to talk to Lulu( she did not reply).I then talked to max who was told me that it is impossible to retrieve mercs. & that in the previous rollback when mercs had been effected they had given back exp., items, woonz back to the players but not their mercs.
Now i understand that you are totally unable to do any thing and cannot retrieve my mercs.Now it is impossible for me to lvl up w/o mercs & it would be very time consuming for me to cr8 new ones,& hence i feel that i have the right to ask you some compensation which will help me make new mercs and lvl them up a little easier,Since i have lost all my 3 mercs an archer (115 lvl) , A warrior (96lvl) and an hk merc(75lvl) & have also lost the stuffs with which they were equipped.
I would like it very much if u could please reply to my mail quickly or have a chat with me in game whenever u feel free
