Did any one have prb connecting to server sinc 1st Nov nite

I was not able connect to server since yday.
Did any have the same issue. I email support they r saying issue with the machine and asking to reinstall. Iam not convinced with this.

Yeah yesterday from around 10:45 i was not able to login A3 and it was giving me the same error as "Could not get version info from server"
