I am not able to change my profile details !

Hi GMs,

1>I am not able to change my profile details,
since 2 weeks its indicates :-
"PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED"
I have full acess to my account , but i am not able to change my profile details !

2> I dont recive mails to my alternate E-Mail account after changing my passwords

3>After renewing my account i dont recive the mail inclosed wiht renewal pin !


The ABOVE error has been noticed with the following accounts :-

IGN - Styleocean
IGN - Iformagesl

PS :- The case is not serious now ! But may lead to serious matter if some thing wrong happens !
Hope you Understand the seriousness of matter and fic the problem as soon as possible !
