Character Stuck!

Hi,
My character "Pannipatti" is stuck in the server. I can login in www.a3india.com but can't login In-game. I had a conversation with Gmdiablo & he told me to send a mail with all the profile details. Have sent the mail with all required details. Please release the id asap.
