Not able to login

Gm, im not able login to my account.

Im able to access the forums,account screen, but if i try to connect to the game i get the following error "You cannot connect to the server".
Plz explain the problem im facing here. Do i have to rechrge my account to continue to play? Im not able to play till the 5 min warning also.
Ive sent mail to support group, still there's been no reply.

Please check your account validity expired. You need to renew the account to login into the game. Kindly renew the account and login into the game.
