When we try to reload any item using Combination(Runes) method. Lets say i'm reloading a Seide pants & The evasion is 16 & when i try to reload the Pants it shows "Combination Successful" but the Evasion decreases instead of increasing.. If a particular option in any item decreases then also it shows Combination Successful...
This kind of combination has no failure chances , where they say "Combination Successful" but the items options may increase or decrease depend on game luck / npc favor / passive skill effect etc ...
This is not a BUG , the game made in such way.
