hi sir,
my Reference id :5758544 plz do smthing my all character r gone my account all loast my perfect ss 70 lvl + lartek +g9 set +g8 set r lost plz help me in solving my problem .

I sended my complent to a3 team but they denied request .

plz solv my problem and punish the hackers

Hi,

Since it was a second act , your request for item retrieval is denied.
We already helped you in account/item hack issue , that was on 11-08-2007. We gave a warning that "Not to share the account and we will not help in future account/item hack issue". Hence we cannot help you in getting back the items.
