nice to see this and Gm i request you to tell the procedure of running the trace files cos many guys dont know it....
sm questions
1. those who already sended do they have to resend...?

2.for A3ping we have to run it twice(trace batch file i.e in 2 diff windows..)..and is a3ping to be sended also?

I just downloaded the batch file from the email attachment.
Now how do i run it,
everytime i run it before launching game and after closing the game,
I see the two files a3ping and a3trace empty.
Kindly give us more information regarding this.

Jame no need to run the game

just double click the a3tracebatch file and leave ur pc till the trace file window closes on its own...u will have 2 files send trace and ping

chk the trace files it must be written tht trace complete Attach the file to ur mail n send it asappp

GMdiablo Yesterday I sended a shout tht all bsnl users send trace file to A3support guess wht i Got spammmed regarding how to run it wht to do and all.....I wuld request guides to send shouts regarding the proper procedure cos i dont have much woonz to send shouts

Yea buddy heres the method


On receiving Mail from A3support ull see a attached File A3trace(batch file)


The place ull save it take for Example esktop

double click on the file it will start tracing ....AND dont close it dont do nething just let it run ....it will close on its own ..Next you will see Tht There are 2 files made A3trace and A3ping these will be text files and in a3trace file it wuld be trace completed ....

Procedure to send da file

These are text files and when ull send thm to a3support they wont be readable ....so You need to download Winzip (free for 45 days) just go to gooogle n type there for winzip once uve done wid winzip ....Left click A3trace and ull see Winzip~ there ull see Add to Zip file~ Ur winzip will run and ull see Add~ CLICK ON IT close winzip the same directory(desktop) will have a winzip file ......Now just add the attachments to your mails (winzip one') and send it .......

When I run that batch file, it runs for a flick of second.
And two files are saved on the desktop, when i open those files they are empty. Now how can I send the trace report.
