gm u ask me to send mail to a3support and ask for it (in my previous post).....i did send mail askin abt it on 10aug with 5 quesries...they reply me ....
"This is with reference to your mail , we would like to inform that your request has been forwarded to the team concerned for the required action to be taken and will revert to you at the earliest. "
on 12th aug i sent mail to em................
"hi....i mailed to with my 5 queries askin time to talk 2 gmkarr.....u replied me that my request has been forwarded to the team concerned .......plzz clarify as to wat is being done"
and on 13 aug this is wat reply i get..........
"This with reference to your mail , we would like to inform that regarding your issue, our decision in retrieving the account to you was informed to you several time previously and one of our GMs meet you ingame and explained you about your account issue and also regarding the items which will be retrieved. After that you have send us a mail mentioning that you accept for the same and the account was retrieved to you. Secondly after getting the account back, you contacted us for the items and again the GM meet you ingame and spoke to you and the items which was told by GM to you are retrieved to you through guides. But now after every thing got over you are spamming us for which we have provided you with our final decision. On repeating the same will result in permanent ban of your account and the removal of the items which we retrieved to you now. If the items were found to be traded/ transferred/ used by any other account, that too will be penalized under such circumstances."
sending 1 mail is called spamming??? ..and now a3 suppoert threating me ....after gettin my char back gmkarr gav me time for online chat...he didnt come online on that day and guidemax told me he will be availble the next day for all my queries...next day he comes online for 1 min and says he will be back in a min and logges off and when i ask guides they say " mail to a3support"
plzz tell me wat to do.......solve my queries......how was my g10 axe super shue set destroyed.......or was it not?
