dear gm diablo that is what me saying players are not giving proper info in their accounts why dont you make it mandatory that players give proper info
and by not telling what we have to answer in reporting hack
suppose some one gets hack and he reports it to you you people will be asking different questions each time
now do you expect us to record every action we do in the gane
there should be a clear set of guidelines
for character claim
world over identifying a person is by simple icard
but u follow different set of rules
only with the sheer intention of making us rub our noses on your feet
many players shared even then they got back their chars and along with stuffs
for example
Poisionarrow
Dxxx
saberclaw
etc etc
and krail even got new id and char name
but when i claimed i was given a char back but not my stuff
i forgot my stuff and requested for id and char name change even that you deny
of cousrse you would sy it is not possible
its better you dont share and all that
but why you help certain chars and not all
why the partiality
and you people say we should take proper care of our account
even credit card companies say you are insured from the moment you report card stolen
but just because some one knows my credit card number they cannot identify themselves as the owner of credit card
wehn we call the customer care
there is a procedure which is simple but effective
why dont you give pins like that
or how a sim card is blocked when cell stolen simple idea implemented in real world
but more and more you people are helping repeatedly only some characters where as others have to rott
are they paying any thing to get help or are they premium mebers
even i too pay to play a3
if you want me even ready to pay more for better protection and more services
sorry if you feel my language is strogn but this is getting sublime to ridiculous
playing a3 is more of trauma then of enjoyment
