wow for me standard reply "we cannot help you " but person claiming that they shared even then you people help them and give char and stuff back
where as when i said no one knows my password and i was playing from home how the hell did i get hacked you says you are share no help and if u get hacked again we will not help
from febuary i am begging to give back stuff and ss and wz lost or at least give new id and char name change even then i am not helped
i also begged i dont want nething just give me new id and new char name i asked like this also you people said not possible

and one more thing sterday some one gave shout using noob char

for many months i did not bother too much as all kids were playing and i dont want t ospoil ne ones carer but this is getting serious
and i am also disapointed with you people i felt after so many hack issues
you will come out with instant recoganisation of true owner
bye providing 24 hour customer care via telephone and able to block account imediatly so items are not lost
when we mail to a3support it says we will get back to you in 24 hours then they ask us to give all details again get back to you in 24 hours
it takes minimum 2 days and by that time hacker can wreck a char
for me you took 45 days +

i know u will say we do not want to harres you because soem one gave complint and so we are blocking your char
but why cant u implement a system like credit card company or bank people or at the least mobile companies they knwo when a person is calling it is him because they have the persons id proff and some other personal address also some people have pin number for instant access
the moment you take id proof from a person there will no longer be selling of accounts or buying of accounts
it is a Mr haneef case the sim was in his name and he got screeeeewed so all actions of my char until i report stolen are my responsibility
me suggsting all these things for the betterment of a3 comunity
being 30 + i faced so much trauma after loosing stuff i cant even imagine what will happen t okids who bunk schools coleges and play this game for months and one fine morning realise they got hacked
no life in A3
