Dude, I do not play the game anymore and it does not really matter to me if the events are postponed and etc.
But a small advice - when you can host it at a particular given time dont announce it at that time. It gets real irritating for the players later on when you do this coz all of them try and take out time and make themselves free to be a part of the event and now they'll have to reschedule it all.
Thats all. And do not post these as a post on the forum. Do so as a RSS feed and implementing a portal for the forums. That way - you wont have to fear these posts later if someone wants to sue for ill-management later on. You can wipe it out. Just another advice. Thats all.
