Dear Customer,
"Thank you for contacting A3 Customer care.

With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that you have made a
belated claim for your account. Also on investigating on your account
we found that your account has been shared. We do not encourage players to share the accounts and we have already given many announcement to not share accounts. Hence we are sorry to say that we cannot help you in retrieving this account. We will not be accepting any requests from any players regarding this account.

Note: The decision has been made by GMs and there will be no changes in
it. The same have been informed to you several times previously, hence
further mails from your side regarding the same will be ignored hence
forth.

Can you tell me though Providing all Valid Details regarding my account.. Why are you not returning My account back to me???

You are telling that its a belated claim and simply washed your hands off. I have already stated reason that due to my Studies i had to quit A3 for 3 months. Now what would you do if you were at my place???

GM, i need my account back any how.. I have provided you aall the proofs regarding the ownership of the accont then also you are not returning m account to the real owner..

BTW, i am playing from my home... how can you tell that my account is been shared???? I have never shared my ID n Pass with anyone.
