Respected GM,
As you told that my character has been hacked for about 3 times in past. Let me clear you that till today my character is been hacked ONCE.

My character was hacked during NOVEMBER ISSUE when most of the high lvl ppl were hack due to some technical glitches (as per you). At that time it was your fault and carelessness that iwas been hacked.

This is the first time i have been hacked by someone .... how can you tell that my character has been hacked 3 times in past?

BTW, in your policy you haven't mentioned that IF YOUR CHARACTER IS BEEN HACKED 3 TIMES OR MORE WE WOULD NOT HELP YOU.

If so is the case than many ppl have been hacked 5-6 time yet they have been returned to thier owner's with all stuff and lvl's. Then why such double standard's with me. Are this guys paying more then we do?

Now you will reply me "Do not compare other;s issue with your's". Am i right?

GM's, you didnt returned my account back, I had mailed you all the Correct details regarding my account. Then too you DENIED. May i know the reason that Having all the details right WHY I WAS NOT GIVEN MY ACCOUNT BACK?
If its a belated claim than too its your duty to return the account back to its real owner who has provided all the proofs regarding the ownership of account. HAVE YOU EVER ASKED THE HACKER ABOUT ANY PROOFS REGARDING THE OWNERSHIP OF ACCOUNT?

Let me come to your point, you have mentioned here that you have given all the details about your character but when we checked it dint match. Since you got the hacker, you would have got all the info from him still the details, which you provided was wrong.
Talking about your claim, which is a belated once because of that we will not be able to support you by giving our help.
