Character got stuck in Arena

Hi GM,

yesday when i entered arena , i got stuck i was not able to do anything.

the only thing i was able to do at tat time was to exit the game. The

next time when i tried to login, it was giving an error message as unable

to login. I logged with other char and asked ur beloved ingame guide

guidemax abt the prob. he gave me all foolish reasons

1-> change ur password and rc.
2-> next time he says ur char shows as offline etc etc.

The only hlp i got was from guidelulu. He hlped me in logging in ma char again. He also gave an answer tat there was sm prob with arena and do not enter it until further announcement.

The point i want to mention is that

1-> why do u appoint guys who dont have enough knowledge abt wats going on.
2-> why arent they aware of bugs.
3-> We expect a lot from Ingame guides coz they are SPOC for players in game.

Please fix this bug asap. Coz this is not the frst time i got stuck in arena and also give more KT to ur Ingame giudes.

Hi ,

We try to ensure that guides will not give incorrect information to players. But at times some mistakes might happen . In such cases we welcome players to brings such issues to our notice. Please provide us the approximate date , time and the character name through which you interacted with Guides. This will help us in taking corrective measures.

If you get stuck at arena in future please contact guides or write a mail to [email protected] (Mention that your character got stuck in arena). Your character will be released automatically.
