. You bought an account from another player for real cash (not supported by us yet it is practised by some) and a few days later your account was hacked.

ok lets say i got a naccount and after i received the user id and password from the previous player i change all the imformation including secret question password birth date and alternate email id

and start playing the char

but after few days i got hacked , how i dont know

let me be clear me was playing for 15 days that account by moving all my stuff from other char to this char and one fine day i get dced and cannot login

i play from my house and my office and no one has access to my systems i am 100 % secure from my end

and previous day guidelulu initated chat and asked if i complined i got hacked i said know and asked why she did not reply .

pls tell how can a person change my password and account information by logging into my id

the person who gave me the account stays in surat me at vizag , he does not know ne information about me

when i get hacked i mail him and he gives me all info regarding character i forward it to a3 support they deny my request and i realise i got cheated

the information provided by that person is wrong a little deviations and then i sent mail to a3 support with correcting the deviations then they accept my request and give me my account minus all stuffs and ss from my other char.

now they say as you have been helped two times we will not help you in the future

in my sify mail id there are two mails after i get hacked where a3support simply ask some basic details and give access to the person who has control of the account during hack times but on the same times me banging my head pls block account and verify validity

the seller says he geniune he did not do it and out of emotion typed small wrong info

now whom to trust

and one more thing my ss was not npced i found out who has got it and even mailed to a3support about that but they did nto do ne thing about it

they always reply standard replies you have been helped two time s oin future if u get hacked we will not help you

what kind of reply is this

are yaar please try to understand my trauma by playing this game

i wonder how some one could have changed password of my account without knowing any information about me or my secret questions

i asked many times please give details of who acced my account during those times i want to put case for cheating me

me not worried about ss or the wz or the stuff i just want you to make the system so secure that gullible people like me do not fall pray to such scammers

First of all Buying & Selling of a/cs is against ROC..

n rest of ur post..dun knw how password got changed..

we do not encourage buying and selling but some people do

they are psoting buying and selling of accounts not allowed from april 2007 ending i think

never in game they said that before

are we register start playing the game and then who reads those roc's and all genuine players want to njoy the game but not get cheated and hacked

If you are a genuine player, you must have played your own char than buying it from unkown guy...

When a hacker could hack whole a3server only (as every1 know)
y not ur id which a small part of that server???

In this world for every security thing thr is hackin software.

So just play ur own char. No SHARING N SELLING OR BUYING.

Lolz ... dont say me that
those were not rumors but facts
some people lost chars ... some lost stuff ... etc etc
though it was a bug which hacker made ... every1 came to know that every1 did that .... even my friends did many things n lotsa things happened infront of my eyes .... every1 knew about it .

No 1 can stop hacking . No point askin GM how it is hacked n y?

They follow thr own procedures. When u provide them with the correct details
which they ask ... they'll giv u char back .
If u know tom dick n harry's account details send mail to a3support n u'll get that char. So try to collect other char details correctly to get thr char.
