Initially players vr talking abt Gm's selling items n u ask them to prove now i ask u who's responsible to prove .. u guys have all t evidence in t form of log's right so its u who needs to prove tht ur not guilty not us . Else give t logs (original logs) to me i ll try to prove them

I didnt belive those vr real till yesterday but after ur crap i smell fishy abt u ... i think u misunderstood t logs .. it dont show which person logs in ... it shows which char n ip log's in ... so if u wish u can cme to my house on sat/sun (its a invitation so it means unoffical) n u can have 2 witness who can tell u how v play t game

If warman was a GM then there is no way you have seen him loggin in front of you

tht means v have game prom char around us ?

If i send a msg to my frnd tht " Im the God who created u" every1 knows tht it ll b recorded in t logs so ur going to say him god ?

1. The wierd Neridyar box that appeared was removed using a mass update tool. The item was simply nulled from all the chars that were possesing it in the game. It was not meant to be their in the first place and its presence was a mere anomally which was fixed by a patch.

2. You claim its not your fault. I show that you share it with your brother(which you said you dont). Also he has a network of A3 gamers. Please understand the line " Your account security is your responsible. A3 india or sify limited is not responsible for any damage/loss to your account ". This is the policy declared and followed by all online games. We have gone to the extent of considereing cases of complete carelessness by A3 users and have helped you time and again. When we dont is when we cant. Its not because we dont want to its simple because we are not able to.

3. You saw some killer, Warman at an A3 event. But i or any of the GM's dont remember logging any character for that matter. I dont see any coherence there.

The basic question again. If you get hacked due to one of the first three clauses mentioned in my article then how do you expect us to help you a third time when most of the damage is done already.

Are you claiming that it was a server prob or vulnerability that caused your account to be compromised??

well first of all, this is with respect to Krail's issue. Well I was just wondering, see krail got a new id. Fine, U did ur best to help him by giving him a butt* naked 126 level char. Thank u!
Now he worked his *censored** off and made a set, bought passives, and made a SS(totally great accomplishment if u ask me).
And last 2 months i had xams so i had stopped going to the cafe, but from what he says he has not gone there either, nor has he shared his password with anyone. He got hacked and his SS is missing.
Now my question is - why is he not getting his SS back? Just coz u gave him a new id means that thats final? I mean, no more customer service?
(wow thats pretty cool)
And - Why is the hacker still at large? I mean u have not penalised the hacker.. forget penalisin, u have not even traced the hacker. WTF!!!!

hello Dear GM First.. Was W8ing for u .. Muaah ..any ways.. i got hacked. where i dint share ma Password, not logged in , in any other Comp than the Comp @ ma Home for the past 2 months , so itz not ma fault that i got hacked, and more ever.. need answers for these Questions below.
If you Would be So kind to answer them. Cuz The Moderator & [Gm] Diablo are deleting ma Posts . as they are incapable of answering them.

1] Since you gave me a new account , you cannot help me retrive my items even if it is proven tht the stuffs are mine .. is it right ?

2] So if you cannot Help me with retriving my Super shue and G9 bow set now, in Future if i get hacked again you wont help me .. is it Right ?

3] Now i have lost my super shue & g9 bow set, so making it again will consume 2-3 months Time .. so playing this game wid out the help from the management is Foolishness .. is it right ?

4] So You Guys are indirectly asking me to playing this game and what ever i have paid for a3india is a waste.. is it right ?

5] When am playing from home and as i have never shared my Password and also never logged in any where else other than the Computer in ma home for the last 2-3 months .. means that it is not my fault that i got hacked.. is it right ?

6] So if it says that it is not my fault that i got hacked .. leads to the idea that Sify has Security lapses .. is it right ?

And [GM] Diablo gave a example about my hacking issue .. which Goes like this.. If i share the Pin of my Credit card, and i loose money, i cant blame the bank for it, [ this is Utter nonsense as i havent shared my Account ] , and he says will the bank provide u with another Credit card[ O'course the bank Provides another Credit card as u have provided a new account to me ( ready to Furnish proff , if u need) ] and i would like to tell if the bank Provides me a New credit card, it doesnt Stop Giving me Customer support, even if i loose the card again, i will be able to get another card, even tough if i have lost it for the 10th time,

and now GM Diablo refuses to retrive my Items Just because i have been Given a new id. please answer this Fair n Square

simple things.

1. he was Anticarcher, got hacked, was given a new ID(naked char)
2. he makes a good g9 set, works 2 months+ for making his Perfect super shue and make it 's aroun vll 75+,
3. he gets hacked (a bow g9 set and Perfect super shue missing from his account)
4. Reports to Gms
5. Assistence denied (reason given - we gave u new ID,so we can't(won't) help you

facts - he never used to share it , never used to play from cafe

conclusion - anybody who is given a ID better quit, cause 1 fine day, some idiot. is gonna hack and the ones who are supposed to help will not

i would like to draw your attention toward the issue of hacking of my character. my character name is loverkid. i was hacked on 13 may. as soon i came to know it i send a mail to a3 support and done all the needfull to get my character . they send me pass on my mail but i was unable to log in to my account nor to a3india site. i mailed to a3 support again . again they send me a pass.when i logged in my character was missing i mailed again .now this time i got my character. i seen my character was naked. i asked gm to retrive of my stuff . no reply frm them . i had 20 % mounted saule boot lvl 8 with max option and 20 % saule pant with max option lvl 8 and frigg 30 % mounted lvl 9 and other stuff were normal ithenal and i had 2 shue of 6 ele combo of mage ss one of them was 100 and other was 90+. i asked for retrive of my stuff they replyed we cannot retrive. no explanation y they cannot retrive.again after some days i got hacked. now when i send a mail for retriving my account they replying we cannot hlp u any more. nor they are retriving my account nor they are giving me any perfect reply. ned suitable explanation frn GMFirst and GMdiablo and new welcomed GMStorm. hope u give me mine character and stuff .

Our customer service does not promise retrieval of accounts compromised due to user carelessness. Hence beyond a point certain extended services will be terminated for the purpose of reserving resources for efficient support to those who play the game by its spirit. On that same note, we will not retrieve items to those who repeatedly share their accounts and hence get hacked.

That is your perspective of things. The better perspective would be to condiser sharing itself a unwise risk to take in this game.

Certainly not. But we certainly are not gonna have a policy which supports endless times of account retrievals and item retrievals for mishandled accounts.

Let me rephrase it for a clear and accurate definition.

Since the time you got krail you have

1. Never shared it.
2. Never logged in any pc other than your home pc.

Please give me a yes or no for the above statements.

Call your credit card company and try the following.

1. Report lost/stolen credit card.
2. Tell them you cannot give any information regarding transactions to verify yourself.
3. Ask them to nullify transactions that happened before you reported the lost card and return that money.

The processes may be different but the core point is everybody folows the rule of "possible if feasible". Else its a bare NO.
