As i said before in that topic we have reviewed it. Please read this article to understand the current system of game support for account hacks provided by us.

Few points i would like to mention are.

1. Anti key logger wont help. You still have to login to website to renew your account and your account id and pass can still be captured by the software. What will help is not going to cafes where key loggers are profound.

2. I am not fired. I am still very much here as happy as ever

3. GM Diablo has no such practises that you all mention so blatanly. Different people have different ways of expressing thoughts. I do take it as a compliment that you all like my forum behaviour .

4. One thing that differentiates us for sure from other GM's ( dont want to mention the games specifically) is that not a single item/account manipulation tool has been misused for personal gains. We have such heavy process monitoring in place to ensure this from day 1 of the game launch. I dare atleast one of those who call us cheats/frauds to come up with such a claim with proper evidence. If you cant please "SHUT UP".

5. We dont support hackers. Many a account has been banned, item swiped, delevelled for hacking othe accounts.

I would be happy, if you can just answer my question.I have asked this question many times, but still haven't got the answer.

Here is the question again. You have come so far to start a thread and reply, so better give a valid reply.


I have never in my A3 life have logged into any other system than from my home.I don't share my account, even my own blood bother doesn't know my pass.Inspite of this, my char got hacked thrice.Each time I got hacked, it took weeks of follow up mail to get my items.Each time I change my profile.The last time I got hacked, the reply was that my items were destroyed and hence cannot be retrived.

There may be many reasons which I am not aware of, that destroyed items cannot be retrived.

I just ask you this question.Why should I loose my stuffs for the security hole you guys had.

It was your fault that my account got hacked, coz of your useless F$%#ing security.

Give me a valid reply, why a person playing from home free from key loggers, who doesn't share his account event to his brother, get hacked and loose his stuffs.

You may now be either thinking of deleting my post or refrain from replying to my question.

But I dont mind if you delete. I play the game from fun.Relax from my work. But you spoil the trust I have.

Few points i would like to mention are.

No one dreams of a key logger being installed. This is a player issue but could have been minimized to a great extent if the criminals were penalized which was never done. This matter was overlooked considering it a non-GM issue. This is what is termed as BAD ADMINISTRATION

GM Diablo is a bytch. And you know it too. You're trying to support him coz you're his colleague and I totally respect that view of yours.

Strange. Accepting what you say but how come that all the damn times the items end up in the wrong hands when the whole world knows the truth? All based on evidence shown? If I show non-verifyable proof that I own Antidote - will I be given the ownership of the character? NO. The exact same should be followed elsewhere too.

lets just say that a G10 char(maybe with 2 or more G10 equips has got hacked)...he sends mail to support...
u guys tell him that his G10 items were destroyed and the remaining items will be retrieved..

Ok...lets just assume that the hacker has also resetted the passives of that char...

now when this poor soul requests his char back...he doesnt get his G10 back and doesnt get his passives..
now tell me...that guy would have been playin from a long time bossing his *censored* off to make 1 G10 item...if u guys dont give that back to him, then the time that he spent playing is a total waste and it also breaks the trust factor...
Buying passives is another pain in the *censored*....it takes time to collect cash and get each passive skill 1 by 1...

So GMfirst, if that guy doesnt get his items back, wtf will he do?? And he anyways doesnt get those passives back...
Just imagine that u were in that position and u paid to play the game...
and when u start playing the game seriously working ur *censored* off and then suddenly ur char gets hacked and u dont get ur destroyed items back, will u still play?Its the admins responsibility to have every security measure to check wat exactly went wrong and return every destroyed item(people are paying to play the game its not a favour that u are doing to them by retrieving their items..its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY)
That guy just cant make his G10 again...he simply wont feel like playing the game ever+ppl around him also slowly start quitting...

Fk!! cant believe i typed so much...anyways the whole point in the topic was...Do sumthing through which the players can receive their equips and passives back....


I also heard a few ppl telling that the server doesnt have shue logs...is this true??

I dont guess First will have any replies for that.the same thing happened with IndianWitch and krail.

I lost my uniques and i also gave all the account INFO and all the game details along with screenshots.But wht happened nothing was returned,may i know the reason why? i just received the mail saying Destroyed items cannot be retireved back.

A hacker has logged in me and destroyed the items and now ultimately its me whose getting affected.All my time worth for getting those uniques i would have finished a PHD in some thing else.

In no place in ur post u have mentioned about retrieving items when destroyed.Tat was the basic discussion about "Destroyed items given back to real chars".A in game char whose has worked his *censored* A$$ to boss and get the uniques gets hacked and hes returned naked with nothing.Just tell me wht will he do after that.

Why cant destroyed items be given back? It was given in the past and why not now is it being given.i am teling First if all those who get hacked delete their accounts A3 will shutdown in 1 week max.u wil have just 100 of them playing the game who knows nothing about u or administration.

Why is not the CAFE name or CAFE ID or IP address of the hacker being revealed in ur mails.that is the gr8est of the help u guys can do to us.Are u guys afriad of giving it to us??

In total poor approach towards hacking issues from ur side even though u have all the proofs and details.

Thank you for reading throught all that and posting your views. Would really appreciate it if you guys kept the abusive lang low and the thinking high. My views on your posts are not to defend ourselves but is only to express my current views on it.

1. Sant - You dont share it with your own brother. How can your get hacked? Wierd. I did some homework. The answer turns out to be real simple. You are lying. This is something totally un acceptable in an open discussion forum. Here are the facts for those who are still not seeing the clear picture.
Sant's blood brother as he calls him plays his account. Well he even has a physical network of A3 gamers who happen to be his work colleagues. Sant is also very much aware of it. He also plays another char whose name starts with a 'C'.
Wanna try and prove me wrong Sant?

2. Customer Relations: If anybody goes all out to say i am a fraud and i indulge using the special administration tools for personal benefits, I have every right to say 'PROVE IT or SHUT UP'. My customer relations are better than good and this forum and debate is ample proof of that. Do not confuse GM's with CC. We not only interact with you but also undertake action to provide services to you as well as to ensure the practise of the A3 ROC in the forum/Game. Please read the ROC for more info about baseless allegations against game admins.

3. @ ARTHAS - Items end up in the wrong hands? Maybe its because the char got hacked, reported to us a weak later within which it exchanged 50 different players and is sitting with some guy but certainly not because GM's father is business partner of some player as claimed some here.
Also please be specific and tell me who should be banned and for what. Why do you repetetively claim we provide safe haven for hackers explicitly.

4. G10 items , Super shue, Unique items ... They are all so important for you. You pay money and play the game which makes it more important for you. Then please give me one logical reason as to why do you risk your account at the hands of strangers ?? If its due to the fourth clause we will retrieve the items with no questions asked. As long as you fall into the top three categories its got to be at the cost maintaining game balance. Just as many things in life, Accounts in A3 also can never be the same after they get hacked.
