1) I had posted a couple of points on your hacking related and item retrieval issues. GMFIRST had replied to it saying they will shortly be taking some kind of action based on those points...

2) Krail recently got hacked....I do agree that the GMS have helped him by giving him a new ID. But please do note that when a brand new product is given by a company as a replacement, the company cannot stop supporting the new product.
3) Krail was not shared. The character was being played from home and I recently spoke to Krail and he indeed told me that his super shue and his bow set were missing from the inventory where as more expensive items which were much more prominent were intact. So, the hacker has obviously targetted a bow archer as he himself may have been one. As a result of the GMS not returning the items, Krail had to quit the game and Redyan server lost a very good and sincere player.
4) Again and again, am stressing the needs for retrieval of important items such as graces and uniques and super shues..... When the characters are returned without these, the characters have no option but to quit the game... Somehow, you guys are noting the point that you yourselves are chucking out the customers!! And btw, forget the part of you supporting the hackers at the same point of time for now...
5) In the case of Dontkillme, Airesknight,etc., an incomplete retrieval occurred, esp. in the case of DKM, uniques and super shues were not returned even though the char was not shared. Penalize a character by levels or experience or ask them to pay a real cash fine but make sure that they have the necessary items to continue the game....and necessary items doesn't mean a naked character....it means super shues and g9s and g10s and uniques... in the case of mages, g8s also!!
6) I do not know how much of game play life you guys have seen but somehow your knowledge on the same appears inadequate to deal with certain issues.... I sincerely hope, you guys change your policy and ensure that the same is applied in the cases of Krail, Sivasud, etc.,
