How does a player take care of his account where A3 india has security issues ??? answer please

Krail is hacked he did not share, i was previously hacked and i did not share .

Do tell me how can paying customers look after their account ???

I am not happy with your response please advise how can i take this complaint to a higher level

If i get hacked again i will be in the same position as krail.

You are not giving me customer satisfaction so i wish to complain to a higher level please comply

I was previously hacked, i never played from a cafe, never shared my account and play outside India.....but i was hacked theough no fault of my own so you are telling me if it happens again you will do nothing ???

You seem to make up rules as you go along, rememeber the " Customer is King" with out him you are nothing.

Please treat people fairly and help them, hackers seem to get a better service.

Please clarify this statement, If a paying customer does not share his account and gets hacked through no fault of his own , you as a representative of A3 India will just wash his hands from this matter ??

This means that the hacker wins and thus the hacker will continue to hack as he is on a win win situation.

The end result being people will leave A3 , is this what A3 support desires ????

i am amazed at how negative you are , Krail is a paying customer if he is hacked through a security issue you should let no stone unturned till you find out exactly what happened , and then replace his missing items.

carefull how you respond as it may be used against you in a court of law,as this matter has serious implications

Paying customers deserve to be protected and if you feel you can not do this, then there must be a higher level of management a paying customer can contact ???

I am seriously alarmed at your flippant response you offer no confidence to any person playing A3

I trust you will respond to this post , this is a game we play for enjoyment
which cost us money to play , A3 must ensure we are all treated fairly and justly.

The paying customer got a brand new id and character back. What do you mean by this we dint help the player?
Do not just think we do not help the players. We do help but the help has it own limits.
After getting a new id the player, have to take care of it.

I would like to give an example here. If you have a bank account with a card and you give the card with the pin to some one and blame the bank to keep the account, secure?

We do not give a new ID not just for fun. Maximum we can do to help a player is give a new id.
