Super Shue and Normal Shue

Hey i was wondering is it possible to breed a lvl 100 super shue and a lvl 100 normal bird ?. coz my 3rd bird has ele attack power but its lvl 7 it will take a while to reach lvl 100. my other 2 birds r lvl 60 and lvl 65.

havent seen chief for some time to ask abt birds ,so figured he would answer here
