hey guys suppose ur a mage an u got a person tankin a hatrel boss
which merc will help u most to tackle the boss
mage will gv ele boost but arch will gv crit an stuff
pls advice....

well hk will gv me evasion but i got a guy tanking the boss for me
so all i need is xtra attack
arch will gv crit+hustler
but mage will reduce his ele def so more att for both tanker an mage
ne more views?......

Use an archer or a mage they hv a good chance of doing critical damage(depending on lvl)they hv ranged attacks nd hw a good chance of surviving

Being a mage char that is the most worst advise anyone can give the mage is full of good crit dmg himself the mage char should be more concerend with evasion and saving hp pots which a hk merc does as correctly stated by snipe

An archer merc of low level is useless unless he is something like 130-140 using an archer merc for hatrel bossing can seriously turn out to be disadvantageous coz he goes near boss and absorbs lots of hp from char which is so precious to a mage char

All the others just make a lil diff now..

in the end merc are just for base damage....archer for crits as for now..

Realy depends on your character as soemtimes archer merc are really dumb they hit crits by standing next to the monsters so according to me depends on what ur char needs from the merc decides which merc u should take

player and merc combo works depending on situation and char

now all cn hv basic mercs hk and archer.... 3rd one is mage or warrior
warrior is least prefered... but high lvl warrior mercs cn be useful to archers...

MAGE:
archer mercs for pk ,bossing,hunting..
hk mercs for bossing
mage merc for hunting

ARCHER:
mage merc for bossing, hunting
archer merc for pking,hunting
warrior merc for bossing
hk merc (how mch more evasion do u want)

HK:
mage merc for bossing,hunting
archer merc for bossing,hunting,pking
(hk merc not needed coz u hv BOR and HEAL)
warrior merc (donno it may work sm one shld try)

WARRIOR:
mage merc for hunting,bossing
archer merc for hutning,pking,bossing
hk merc for bossing
warriro mercs (can work for u sm one has to try n tell)

All please check what he wrote. He said he has another person who will tank boss and he is a mage & will hit from range.
U can use archer merci if it have hustler lvl10 and ctitical 10% u can get get Xtra critics and Xtra 500 damage when critics also archer merci can also hit boss from range if some one is tanking the boss, archer merci will also get 500 Xtra damage if it gives critics
