I Told Gm To Give Char . Bake But He Tol No

First Hacker Stole Our Whole Stuffs Of Every Char. And We Requst Gm To Give Our Char's Stuffs Back And We Got Stuffs Back Of Alkeshpatel And RaatPatel ,Sexyravi But Not Of The Kylina And Yano

After 10 Days Whole Cafe's Char Has Been Hacked And Some One Shouted Raatpatel 's Id And All Char Got Hacked We Gave Full Info. Of Our char But Now Gm Told That We Can Not Halp You Because We Gave You Your Stuffs Before 10 Days We Told You That Be Carefull But Sir What Can We Do .

In Our Hand Nothing But Hacker Is Very Smart ....

Please understand the hacker is not smart. Only those get hacked are ignorant. Sharing accounts is very dangerous. All the accounts you mentioned have been in many hands. If item retrieval has been denied by the support team it may be for the following reasons.

1. Item destroyed/Non-Retrievable.
2. Repeated sharing of account even after a warning by the support team.

The subscription fee is to ensure you have a good time on the game, safe and efficient server and dedicated support.
Please do not intrepret support into anytime account/item retrieval service. It is done purely on the decision of a GM on a case by case basis. Our terms of conditions clearly state the same too.
