I think most of you guys are aware of the hacking of some 5-6 accounts in the past couple of weeks...and some of the chars were not really shared...in spite of that , they got hacked and their stuffs were not really given back by the GMs. I just thought of putting up a couple of points regarding the issue:
1) GMs mostly say that the characters get hacked due to ID sharing....there have been indeed cases where the chars have got hacked without sharing their IDs and GMs are not really ready to accept this.
2) The chars which got hacked in the recent issue were Airesknight, DKM, Raatpatel, Yudhister , Indianwitch and Nerub. We all know the Aires and DKM are from Chennai, Raat from some place in Gujarat and Nerub & Yudhi from Mumbai...am not really sure where IW is from...so, we can definitely rule out cafe hacking. The only way a person can hack chars from 3-4 different places is by hacking into the database and the GMs can vouch for the fact that the database cant be hacked...(at least, according to the GMs)
3) Most of the A3 India gamers play from cafes and you cannot really cover up ur comp screen while typing ur ID and as a result of this, people playing from the cafe will definitely know a ID and hacking a char based on the IDs have happened in the past...so, again, chars are getting hacked for no fault of theirs...
4) In most of the cases, hacking is done just for pure fun and in some cases, to take revenge against an opponent in cases where the hacker could not match the opponent in terms of game play. So, effectively the hacker is trying to disrupt a character by NPCing his stuff or throwing it or maybe transferring it to some other account for his personal gains.
5) By not returning hacked items and delvling a hacked character, the GMs are effectively aiding the hackers intentions of disrupting the life of a character. In fact, if the GMs can return the NPCed items back, then there would not be any point of a hacker NPCing items because he will then know that the items are going to be returned anyways. However GMs seem to be taking this in a completely different wavelength.
6) I do understand that it will take some time and effort to trace items transferred. But at the end of the day, if the work can be done effectively, then the GMs will be effectively telling the hacker that they have the capability to repair whatever damage is done...so, all the hacker would be doing would effectively disrupt some 1 week of game play which indeed can be covered up.
7) I personally do not mind delving....but in case rare items such as super shues and uniques and G9s and G10s are not returned by the GMs, the character has no other option but to quit the game. So, effectively, GMs are sending positive signals to the hackers and negative signals to the players.
These are my personal views and I fully recognize the value additions the GMs have been doing, I do appreciate their work and all am personally doing is to suggest a few things.
I request the MOD to please keep this thread open for a couple of days and ensure that a healthy discussion is maintained.

Well its a big truth that everyone knows wht hpnd on the day we got hacked.The hacker did login all the accounts that anty mentioned.The fact is Except me ,DKM and lina none of the others have no connection.How come some one whos not even known our IDS can hack us??.I'm pretty much sure our IDS except from us only 2 other know.I mean IDs....
The hacker did Give public shouts from the chars and even threatened Antidote that he can even hack him any time.
Linainverse was the first character to be hacked and his saule items alone vanished on 14Th night.Mail was send immdly thinking it might be some bug caus DKM's uniques too vanished the same way a day before.On the same night even i was not able to login my account that was when we realised we got hacked caus even DKM couldnt login.....The hacker logged in our accounts and npced our items uniques that is and he personnely accepted this to Xplode.
When DKM was first hacked (which we thought it was bug)that is on 11th. we did get back our items on 13th night and in the mean time DKM updated his profile on 12th april but the account got hacked on 15th night again.I dont know how this is possible even after updating his profile...
The same thing is for lina he got his stuff back by 19 and his profile was updated after that on 20th he was hacked again.Gms dint explain to us on this.My bragir and lartek was also destroyed.
K commenting on the post wht if the GMS gives back the ITEMS that gets destroyed??
Wht will the hackers do then caus they have no job anyways the items will be retrieved to the rightfull owners.Hacking will be totally or to say to a gr8er lvl will be reduced.

Ask ELMAJICO how many times he was hacked even after changing profiles daily.Even linainverse was hacked once before and was given items that is Saule items.lol they gave all 2i.e. 2 Saule armor 2 boots 2 frigg
As Anty said by doing ths Gms are only favouring Hackers.As far to my knowledge ther is no action taken against those hackers even though GMS know whom it is.with the IP range GMS surely know from which CIty it has happend but action taken is nothing...and GMS wont reveal who the Hacker is nor their IP.
Gms are doing a pretty good job accccepted i never told they aint doing their job.But they need to find a permanent solution to sort things out just not doing their daily work..

Last but not least the CC team which sends mail are the biggest of dumbos in A3.If u send ur profile details or any other details wrongly they dont pinpoint or even try to tell whre u have made mistake instead they tell "Your info does not match our database".Wht a lame reply if i know wht is in ur DATABASE why would i send wrong info or why would i even get hacked.I'll be the one who wil hack others then

Also the security of the A3 Server should be beefed up if nothing else.
