Right now, there is no other chance of account getting hack other than shearing it.

ok i have no other option but to trust you people when you say right now no other chance of getting hacked without sharing, but by your own statement you mean there used to be a chance of getting hacked even without sharing, may be i got hacked that way.
when you say right now means you are fully secure from which date , is it before feb as i got hacked in feb and i did not share with any one ,
so if you are fully secure from feb and i got hacked in feb does that mean A3 has reset my pasword and gave to some one else who claimed to be the true owner

but then how i got hacked , i did not share, no one knows my personal info or secret question answers .
hence a humble request please reset # of hacked counter to zero as me hacked during insecure times of A3, now that you people have build enough walls that i might only be hacked only if i share.
i alwasy wonder how do you decide any one sharing ,
Reason 1 : "is it if more than one person play the same char"
or
Reason 2 : "if an account is accessed from different locations "
obviously it should be reason 1
and i am not sharing it with any one and i access A3 only from a secure computer and a secure environment
one more thing nowadays many people are giving shouts they want to exchange HK for warrior or mage for archer, the reason they say they are fed up wwith this char etc etc ,
as you people are now giving shouts stating selling or buying of accounts is not allowed , please also state exchanging of accounts is also not allowed many people might be gullible to clever hackers.

and a small suggestion please give us live help where we can have live chat with GM's
it takes a lot of stress out , i post some thing in forums typing in so many queries with so much anxiety and you people give us one liners
instead you can just have a healthy discussion by giving us your valuable time say 30 minutes would do excusively and i will clear all my doublts
give my clarifications explain my position do my requests and even then if it falls on deaf ears just lean back and say out loud

i need not repeat every time the same old story
i have come to forums because many people in game sugessted me A3 support is waste try your luck in forums may be you will be lucky , some kind person will listen to you
Guidemax was kind enough to agree that she cannot help retreive items or birds as she has higher authorities and so the standard one line please mail to a3support
one thing is clear from now ask guidemax where that scroll falls or who drops what apart from that asking her to help is wasting her time
many have got stuf and even birds back many have not got them back , me less favoured by the GODS
